DSKOVA ships eligible orders to destinations made available at checkout. Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are displayed before an order is submitted.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Processing can take longer during high-volume periods, when an address requires verification, or when an item has special transportation requirements.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives the package.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, address problems, and events outside DSKOVA's reasonable control can cause delays.
Fragrance and restricted items
Perfume, fragrance, aerosols, batteries, and other regulated products can be subject to carrier, air-transport, or destination restrictions. An eligible item may require ground transportation or may be unavailable for certain destinations.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@dskova.com promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters processing.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when appropriate. We will review the available carrier and order information and provide the remedy required by our policies and applicable law.
