DSKOVA ships to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $6.99
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
• Express shipping: $19.99

The methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates available for your address are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Processing can take longer during high-volume periods, when an address requires verification, or when an item has special transportation requirements.

Tracking

When carrier tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and events outside DSKOVA's reasonable control can cause delays.

Fragrance and restricted items

Perfume, fragrance, aerosols, batteries, and other regulated products can be subject to carrier or air-transport restrictions and may require ground transportation.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@dskova.com promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters processing.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when appropriate. We will review the carrier and order information and reship or refund as our policies and applicable law require.
