Return & Refund Policy

14-day returns for our errors. We accept returns within 14 days after delivery when we sent the wrong item, or when the item arrived damaged or defective.

No change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, for example when you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, color or quantity, or found it cheaper elsewhere. Please review the product title, size and specifications before ordering. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us right away and we will try to cancel it.

Starting a return

Email contact@dskova.com within 14 days after delivery with your order number, the item, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Do not send an item back without return instructions.

Return shipping

For an approved return, DSKOVA pays the return shipping and sends you a prepaid return label.

Condition

Please return the item with everything it came with (packaging, accessories, manuals and promotional items).

Refund or replacement

After we receive and inspect the return, we send a replacement when the same item is in stock, or a full refund, including the original shipping charge, to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can need additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
