Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. A return must be requested before the item is sent back.
Return eligibility
To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unopened when applicable, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Tags, seals, accessories, manuals, and promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, transportation, and product-integrity reasons, we generally cannot accept opened or used fragrance, beauty, personal-care, supplement, consumable, intimate, hygiene, or baby-care products. Flammable liquids, hazardous materials, gift cards, customized items, and final-sale items are also non-returnable except when required by applicable law or when DSKOVA sent an incorrect or defective item.
Starting a return
Email contact@dskova.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item without return instructions.
Return shipping
Unless the return results from a verified DSKOVA error, damage, or defect, the customer is responsible for approved return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect the shipment after delivery and contact us promptly. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage.
Refunds
After an accepted return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions can require additional time to post the credit.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
